The view outside the rooms are amazing, the game room and the many access to tvs so everyone can wind down and relax was truly a blessing.

I enthusiastically suggest Jackson Rental Properties, particularly for groups needing ample space. Despite encountering a minor issue, their prompt response was commendable.

The house was very nice although there were only 19 forks in the kitchen and it is supposed to house over 30 guests. Contract that we signed said checkout was 11 central time but they enforced a 10 eastern exit time with several pre-written messages. When we asked about it, we got another non-answer. They were at out door before 9:30 to start the cleanup process! At the last minute we were told there were no blankets. We made room in crowded vehicles for blankets (one family had 8 people in their vehicle) and we found the beds had blankets plus extras in drawers. They said to clean the grill after use but it was so filthy, it took a lot of time to clean it up to use. When we arrived the back door on one of the bedrooms was wide open and the couple that stayed in that room had a mouse that kept them up at night. Although the place was nice, they definitely need to improve their communication. We don't plan to ever intend to rent from that company again!

The cabin has a large kitchen with plenty of seating and double ovens and refrigerator which helps with a large group of teenagers with snacks. It was affordably priced, most we looked at were upwards of $10,000 for that size. Our only issue was the cleanliness of the cabin. The floors in the kitchen were sticky and the some of the bathrooms had to be cleaned before being used, especially the bathtubs. Our feet were black when we walked on the floor without shoes and we had to wash them before going to bed. The floors are also incredibly squeaky with every step and although it was helpful to know where to kiss were at any moment, it made midnight bathroom runs an event that woke the entire floor. It wasn't enough to keep us from renting it again because all the other properties were much more expensive and we could not have afforded the trip if we hadn't found this one.
