Make sure you get the top floor. We had guests above us that would drag their chairs across hardwood floor before 8:00am.

Our HVAC and microwave did not work. The microwave was replaced within hours. The HVAC required parts not immediately available. We were offered another unit, however relocating a party of six adults was a big task and we chose to remain in the unheated/uncooled unit. Thankfully, temperatures were moderate.
