We enjoyed our overall stay at Above & Beyond. Upon arrival we did have an issue accessing our check-in code with no service to call the company but we were able to text them and they responded immediately. The cabin smelled a little musty upon arrival (probably the carpet) but it wasn’t an issue for us as we were traveling with our two dogs and it seemed to quickly dissipate as we opened doors and windows. Cleanliness of cabin was much better than other places we’ve stayed. Mattresses are old but they have a few layers of foam on top which made them more comfortable. We never got to use hot tub as we saw the chemical holder didn’t have anything in it and there was no way to test it so we didn’t take a chance. Water pressure was great in the showers and washer/dryer worked fine. Dishwasher is super loud but also seemed to work fine. We were a little disappointed that even though the condo appeared to be ready early on our day of arrival, we were still told we couldn’t check in until 4.

The home was very comfortable,and peaceful, but the drive up the mountain was steep, not good for my car and would only go into town once a day because of that and never in the dark.
