Rent it in the mid summer to September 1st to enjoy the indoor pool which is not heated. ( only negative)

We have used Jackson Mtn in the past with no issues. That is the primary reason we booked with Jackson Mtn again. This home was advertised with having a heated pool. We had children traveling with us who were looking forward to using and having a pool. When maintenance came out he advised us that this was a known issue, but nothing was mentioned on the website and we were not advised of this when we called to book. We also had to ask about receiving compensation for our aggravation. While we appreciate the compensation that has been promised, it doesn’t make up for the disappointment of the children. I have a thumbs up for staying at this cabin again, but things would have to be fixed before I would book it.
