Upon entering the Smoky Poolside Chalet, you will be immediately impressed by the thoughtfully crafted floor plan, designed with your comfort in mind. The open layout, modern decor and expansive windows allow for plenty of natural light to flow in and provide stunning views of the majestic Smoky Mountains. The living room is a stylish space, complete with plush seating, a fireplace and a Smart flat-screen TV with satellite cable for entertainment. The neutral color scheme is accented with bold, modern patterns and textures, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen boasts high-end stainless steel appliances complemented by the large island providing ample counter space, with stylish barstools for guests to enjoy their meals or keep the chef company.

*Smoky Cove community pool is available for use seasonally and operates from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

We arrived to no AC upstairs. Called and texted guest services immediately. We checked in on a Wednesday. We were told a portable unit and fans were forthcoming. Yet nothing got delivered and half of our family lodged elsewhere. The next morning we called and spoke with Kim who told us we were scheduled for service that day. Nothing had happened by 3:30 so we called and texted again. Still being told we were scheduled for service. I requested the promised portable AC units please be delivered. We were out when 1 unit was delivered. Meaning 2 bedrooms were still uninhabitable. The AC was finally repaired after 9pm on Friday. This major inconvenience meant that the family vacation that had been planned since January didn’t go forth as planned as half the family had to lodge elsewhere. With the cost of this rental there truly shouldn’t have been any issues, especially something as basic as AC. This was very disheartening and frustrating.

My family and I came to celebrate my mom’s 59th birthday. It was a party of 13 guest. This place was stunning. The views were speechless. We loved our stay. Kitchen was super clean, rooms and bathrooms were spotless. The Smokey chalet pool was amazing no mold, no chemical smell. Kids had so much fun. They were in the pool everyday. It does have a child alarm which is great. It notifies you that someone is going in the pool. The jacuzzi was perfect. We had no issues with hot water. Only issue was that there was no hair dryer or cutting board. Oh well not the end of the world. Loved how Jackson Mountain team was very attentive. If I had a concern or question they would answer right away. The national parks, stores and amusement parks were super close. Overall my family and I were super happy with our stay. Thank you so much. Can’t wait to come back to Tennessee.

Even though I was really upset about all the bad reviews and wanted my money back. I am happy I stayed here , it was a beautiful house !! All mold/mildew was cleaned up and gone and the water was HOT so no worries about that either. Me & My family had a great time at the cabin and it was very close to all the shopping places and activities! We had one little thing which was the bathrooms upstairs had a problem with the sick where the water wouldn’t cut off but they sent someone out immediately and it was resolved.
