Twelve people can vacation here in comfort and style. In addition to three luxurious primary bedrooms, there is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the great room and two queen-size sleeper sofas in the lower-level family room. Each bedroom is appointed with your comfort in mind and includes a king-size bed, a 43-inch 4K Smart TV, an extra mirror, access to the deck and an adjoining spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. The lower-level bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination. The warm interior décor was thoughtfully selected for a “beary” rustic yet comfortable feel.

Take a drive around the nearby Roaring Forks Motor Nature trail. When you return from a day of hiking or biking the trails of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, skiing, snowboarding or tubing at Ober Gatlinburg Ski Area and Amusement Park or reaching new heights at Anakeesta Theme Park, a soak in the large hot tub on the main level deck may be just what you need. Relax and take in the surrounding peaceful natural setting and winter mountain views. There are rocking chairs and an outdoor gas fireplace to enjoy too.

Watch TV by the gas fireplace in the open, spacious great room, and join in on the conversation while playing games at the large dining table or surfing the web at the breakfast bar. Enjoy the state-of-the-art electronics in the great room: 55-inch 4K Smart TV, Alexa for on-demand music, weather and sports, stream with 100GB high-speed internet or watch movies using the DVD/Blu-Ray player.

With numerous restaurants just minutes away, you could certainly dine out for all your meals. Once you see the spacious well-equipped kitchen, you might want to shop at the nearby grocery store and have a home cooked meal. You will have small kitchen appliances, bakeware, cookware and tableware at your disposal with plenty of counter space to work on. The main level also has a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

After dinner, you can go upstairs to the loft and shoot some pool at the full-size billiard table or go downstairs to the family room where there are several seating areas and plenty of space to hang out, play cards or watch a movie on the 70-inch 4K Smart TV. You can relax by the gas fireplace inside or venture outside and enjoy watching nature in a rocking chair on the lower-level deck.

If you are planning for a larger group or a family gathering, consider renting the adjacent cabin, Back to Nature, along with Lasting Impressions! There is a shared driveway with ample parking. New construction was completed in 2019.

GPS does work. Would not recommend driving the roads at night or when it's rainy and definitely not during ice or snow. You must punch the "(check mark)" key on the electronic door lock to lock door. Usually, it's automatic, but not this one.

Excellent location, being on a mountain’s side, it was remote enough to be peaceful, but was close to the main strip of Gatlinburg, the entrance to the Smoky Mountain National Park, and a grocery store. This home was incredible, with ample space to hang out and enjoy visiting with family. I loved that each bedroom had a king bed, and there were 3 full bathrooms. The two large deck terraces with beautiful mountain views had enough rocking chairs for everyone. The spacious kitchen had any dish or cookware you would need and was perfect if you’re staying in for meals. Dishwasher detergent is provided, but bring your own laundry detergent if you plan on washing clothes. The entire home was very clean with plenty of towels & washcloths. The first part of the driveway is steep, but parking section is flat. Check-in and check-out was easy. If you have any issue getting in, you can text or call the Jackson Mountain team and they are responsive, and friendly. Great vacation house!
