Just some things to consider for future that would elevate the stay a little more. All the little things make a difference 😁 - No projector for entertainment by the pool - Dryer not drying on normal cycle, only heavy duty cycle. - Upgrade fire pit to gas like neighbor. -Supply dishwasher soap if checkout procedure is to run dishwasher at end. - Larger bars of soap - Extra Towels for pool - Extra Towels for bathrooms - Bathroom support rails for older ones. For example: Maybe designate entry level bedroom’s bathroom tub for handicap

Beautiful, clean, wonderful as described! Some of the reviews helped us pack extra items that were key so I will also mention those here. Huge place with everything you need. We cooked in, ate out, picnicked, and everything in between. Make sure to bring extra trashbags, dish towels, dishwasher detergent, paper towels. For this big of a spot we needed extra of all these items. We saw the note to bring beach towels but having some of these would be great. We swam CONSTANTLY and had very happy kiddos. Great place!

This place is amazing! It’s 4 floors one of which has an indoor pool with a big garage door so you can open it in nice weather. We stayed when it was very cold outside and the pool and outside hot tub were both enjoyable! We had a great time! Thanks!

Great cabin with beautiful porches off every level. Cabin was well appointed and in a great location to tour Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Enjoyed the heated hot tub and heated pool, although we were super bummed the pool TV wouldn’t connect to the wi-if…..nor the main TV in the top floor family room. (Wi-if did work on our phones/iPads). Was quite frustrated with Jackson Home Management company throughout the reservation, as I messaged them several times, weeks out, with questions about the cabin and they did not reply at all, until I complained about it just days before we arrived. Also, couldn’t get anyone to answer their phones throughout our stay there, as we were needing help with the TV’s not working. Additionally, a stranger entered our cabin while we had the front door open, as we were shoveling kids out the door to head out for the day. He looked quite unprofessional and disheveled and held a very small bottle of a chemical, claiming he was there to service the pool… I rejected his service as I suspected he was attempting to steal our belongings after we left… I told him there’s no way management ok’ed him showing up unannounced during our stay (and not even introducing himself when he entered!- he just walked in and started looking around the main room!!). I made him leave immediately and we all became super uneasy about leaving the cabin the rest of the day. I called the management company several times during the day while we were gone to discuss the situation, but could not get through to them. I finally left them a voicemail late afternoon. They returned my call, 30 minutes before checkout the next morning. They said they have contacted the pool company and would let me know what they find out. Haven’t heard back from them still. The cabin was beautiful and suited our large family very well, but we were extremely disappointed with it’s owners communication. There needs to be a more direct way to contact them when you are using their property.
