This cabin was beautiful and the pool was very nice, my kids loved it, everything worked as should, the only this I would say was a issue is the road that it's on, there was some pretty big holes, if you're driving a little car, you might have problems but the cabin itself is very nice, just wanted to make this comment so someone doesn't damage their vehicle and be prepared cause they are pretty steep as well. But had a great time, I would recommend staying here!

It was a pleasant stay but the pictures make it look bigger. No jetted tubs as described. The pool is a nice feature, my kids enjoyed it.

This cabin is an ideal location to the main strip of Pigeon Forge and it is quaint. However, I'm giving 2 stars because of the pool. When we got there, the pool wasn't covered and no matter how many times I tried, I couldn't get the cover to close. There is absolutely no ventilation in the pool room; the windows are just for show not function. The water was cold because it couldn’t be covered and the smell of chlorine was overwhelming, to the point that both my daughters (2 years old and 5 years old) developed bad coughs and we were all constantly sneezing while we were swimming. Once out of the pool for a while, all the sneezing and coughing went away. We even tried to vent the room by leaving the door to the balcony open but it didn't help at all. It was extremely frustrating because we had planned to spend our last day swimming which was the whole reason we rented this cabin in the first place. There were warnings about safe swimming but absolutely no warnings posted about ventilation of the pool room, and their main safety focus was the hot tub. Also, the main T.V. over the fireplace turns on but we went through all the inputs and couldn't access any channels. The bedroom T.Vs were the only ones we could watch anything on (Netflix, Prime, Disney+). It was frustrating because we would've liked to have watched movies out in the main room, especially since swimming was no longer an option due to the chlorine toxicity we all experienced.

Indoor pool was nice but the chlorine smell was very strong and made your eyes water after a while. Pool cover wasn’t working properly so we couldn’t close it up between visits. Called maintenance but couldn’t get there until after we left. Also there was no hair dryer as stated in description. Usually bring my own but was trying to pack light. Called and was told they would bring one but they never did.
