We’ve already booked the house for next year. We had a blast and have hidden some painted rocks for future guests to find. Here’s a little poem to explain. Welcome to this place of rest and pleasure; We before you have left some hidden treasures. Hidden in plain sight around the house and grounds in random places; Are 3 small painted stones with smiling faces. We hope you’ll seek and find them with elation; Then remember this activity fondly as you think of your great vacation. Yours to keep or rehide, perhaps add others as your parting mission; And that you and future guests make this a Wonderland tradition.

Awesome house and property, boat/etc rentals nearby, not a lot of nice restaurants but great for at home cooking and a couple spots. Wonderful week and def overall 5 star. Couple minor house things - master shower looks sweet but only 1 shower head works at a time and the body jets don’t work, Fridge door handle started to come off and a couple cabinet knobs in the basement did - all minor though place is awesome

This home and location was absolutely beautiful. Our family really enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room for our family and thoroughly enjoyed the lake and seating outdoors. If you plan on doing a lot of cooking, one thing to note is that the kitchen is not well-equipped. The pots, pans, dishes, and silverware were mismatched and pretty beat-up. The utensils and cookware available for food prep were somewhat limited feeling like you were in a young person's first apartment. So, if you're a cook, I recommend bringing your own cookware/pans! In addition, it's unfortunate that a VERY limited supply of TP, paper towels, garbage bags, and dishwasher soap was included. Shopping for those types of basics shouldn't be required for paying guests, in my opinion. Fortunately, the grocery store in town has essentially everything you would need.

The property is truly beautiful, seeing 10 plus pound size bass passing along the banks was awesome. My family and property really enjoyed our stay. The only down fall, We had to carry and help our grandparents up a flight of stairs to enter the home and that was Nerve racking and difficult. But we managed and the vibe of everything was well needed on this vacation and stay.

The setting is absolutely beautiful! I loved all of the outdoor furniture so we could spend lots of time on the deck enjoying the view. The dogs loved the fenced yard and the lake. There was an entire basement level that we did not have access to, but there was plenty of room on the upstairs level. There was a mix-up with the hot tub, so we didn't get to use it much. The little town of Dandridge nearby is a charming place and has a couple of restaurants and shops to visit. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!
