DETAILS TO NOTE:
-The driveway provides a flat surface and offers relatively easy access to the front door, depending on the weather conditions.
-Parking for 3 cars.
- Heavenly Cove scenic views of the surrounding woods & seasonal mountain views.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises.
-Pets are welcome but require an additional fee.
-No events, parties or large gatherings are permitted.
-Street parking is not allowed.
-The minimum age for booking is 25 years.
-Smoky Cove community pool is available for use seasonally and operates from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
-NOTE regarding the neighborhood: This home is situated in a newly developed area where construction activities may occur during daytime hours. Please take note of this prior to your arrival.

- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.

Beautiful home. New and well decorated. Having an indoor pool was a great way for the kids to end their day and just relax as a family. We also saw a family of bears directly behind the house. So be alert! But the bear family just passed us by with no issues as we watched from the upper deck.

Overall, a good stay in a nice cabin. Would stay again for sure. Some feedback: Kitchen could use some more amenities, like potholders, butcher knives, scissors, etc. One of the beds had no linens and the frame was broken, took maintenance until next day to repair. Not all bathrooms were equipped with enough towels. Please put some blinds, sun was blinding when eating dinner at the table.

First impression of property was nice. Decor and layout was well done. However the hot tub wasn't ready and even after they came to fill it up there was no chemicals added and I had to re-call to have someone different come out. He had to drain, refill and added chemicals. When I inquired about the pool having chemicals I was told this would require a different person to come look. The pool guy did not come till Wednesday even though our stay began Saturday. Also there were 2 doors to the pool yet only one had a lock with code (and it didn't work). The hot water heater wasn't working when we first got there and again this was a different person to fix this. The washing machine sounded like an airplane was taking off and was very disruptive to our stay. (I didnt bother to call out this because this would required a whole different person to come into the house. -The first bedroom was advertised as a king bed but it was only a queen. All the kitchen utensils offered there were CHEAP, the can opener broke on the first use requiring us to spend money to buy a better one. The spatulas were bending backward with general use. Firepit pictures showed chairs yet if you wanted to use these chairs you had to walk around the house to collect them (each deck, pool etc...) The fan in a room upstairs rattled violently when turned on. It was overall hard to enjoy the stay when I was constantly calling and having strangers in and out to fix things that should have been ready.

I apologize that your stay with us fell short of expectations. We here at Jackson Mountain strive to make every guest's stay as pleasant as possible. I do see that you called to report the Hot tub and Pool issues to our 24/7 Guest Services Team. The hot tub had been recently replaced and we do apologize it was not ready for your stay. We have also set up and confirmed reoccurring cleaning for the pool to ensure this does not happen again. The washer needed to be readjusted and it has since been taken care of and no longer an issue. We have confirmed with our property manager that all of the beds in the property are Kings other than the bunk beds, which are listed as queens. Due to your recent feedback, we have provided our operations team with your concerns and plan to have a team go through this property to get things back up to our standards.
