Beautiful home! Only downfall was no dressers or shelving in closets to put clothes in. Had to live out of our suitcases.

The house was amazing with breathtaking views, and the pictures online don’t do it justice. There is plenty of space, we had 4 adults and 6 kids from ages 6-13. The pool was small but the kids loved it. The pool has a door with a separate code. Beware of nail pops on the stairs going to the basement - typical of new construction, but still needs to be repaired. The driveway is steep with a 180 degree turn to get in it, and another 180 degree turn halfway up, but there is room for many cars if you line them up. It says limit of 2 cars on the website, but we asked and they said you can have as many as you want as long as you don’t block the road (we had 3 large SUVs the whole time). You have a perfect view of the Dollywood nighttime show they run every night in the summer - fireworks and drone show that starts at 9:40 and runs 15 minutes (mid June to mid August). The sofa in the basement with the game table is a pullout, and the sofa (not the loveseats) in the theater is also a pullout. I had a couple questions and texted the phone number provided on our initial contract agreement (865-290-7444). They were very helpful and responsive, even before we checked in. If you text, make sure you include your reservation number on it. As another review said, there is no spatula in the kitchen. The bathrooms and pool area need hooks for towels and some towel rods and toilet paper holders were loose. The half bath by the front door didn’t even have a towel holder or toilet paper holder (again probably because of new construction). Overall though, definitely 5 stars. The house is beautiful with amazing views!

Kitchen is understocked for cooking. Very difficult to eat in at times. Otherwise, great place -- very beautiful setting! Very clean and new!
