House and property were smaller than they appeared in the pictures but still plenty of space for our party of 16. The house was clean and well maintained. Each of the bedrooms were large with its own full bath. There were only 2 with pull out couches but the other rooms were equally large in size if you needed to fit your own blow up or portable crib. It's more of a split level house than a 2 story with basement so it would be impossible to navigate if you can't do stairs. We did feel like the AC could have been cooler but wasn't affected enough to make any complaints. The main level (kitchen, living, 2 bedrooms and a set of 5 steps up to 2 additional bedrooms) were cool, almost cold, but the other levels were a little warm, especially during the day. The theater room had no AC vent so that was the warmest. But again, not enough to complain and we still utilized all of the rooms. We assumed it was because of the house being a split level and the AC units were doing the best it could. The kitchen had plenty of plates, silverware, and pots/pans. The outdoor fire pit area was a bit sad looking with chairs in the slightly overgrown grass and one side of the stone crumbling. Just looked in need of a little TLC. However, in the July heat, we had no intentions of using that area so it didn't bother us. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would definitely book again.
