It is noisey from the upstairs guest and if they are not light on their feet. The owner of this unit above decided to remold and not respectable to other 10 o’clock pm decided to bang the wall until 11pm. The condo was beautiful and exactly what the pictures look liked. I would stay on the third floor if we would come back.

We loved the view and the condo was beautiful .we were going to use the 40% for extra nights but the condo above us were remolding and the noise levels where horrible it was all day after long day my husband and I came back around 4 pm to enjoy the views but the noises above were so loud we had to turn the tv up to drown the noise out. so we decided not to stay another night. We know Jackson Mountain can not control the people above us but when I write them at 9:30 to explain what was happening all we got was thank you for your feedback and sorry about the noise. No money or discounted rate. So be wise if you stay at deer park ridge I would recommend to stay on the third floor.
