Join nature enthusiasts from across the globe for the 75th Annual Spring Wildflower Pilgrimage in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, taking place April 23–26, 2025. This nonprofit event celebrates the Smokies' rich natural and cultural resources with a variety of professionally-guided walks, educational exhibits, and interactive workshops.
Participants, affectionately known as “Pilgrims,” will explore a diverse range of topics, including fungi, ferns, wildflowers, trees, shrubs, and medicinal plants. Learn about the fascinating world of insects, salamanders, snakes, birds, and mammals—from bats to bears. Enhance your appreciation of the Smokies with journaling, art, and photography workshops, or dive into the park’s storied history with expert-led sessions.
