We Are Open: Business as Usual with Hope for Our Neighbors

The Current State of the Smoky Mountains After Hurricane Helene

In the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, we’re grateful to report that the Smoky Mountains experienced minimal impact. While neighboring areas, including Cocke County and parts of North Carolina, saw significant flooding, we're here to share those businesses in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville and down to Wears Valley remain open and its business as usual. For travelers who have plans to visit or are thinking of planning a trip, rest assured—the beauty and calmness of the Smokies are waiting for you.

Finding Hope and Healing in the Mountains
The storm brought with it concern, but the Smoky Mountains were largely spared from the worst. While some areas surrounding us experienced flooding and power outages our beloved towns and vacation rentals are standing strong. Most roads remain accessible, the mountain views as stunning as ever, and most hiking trails are ready for exploration. Restaurants, shops and attractions are open, welcoming visitors as always.
