Bear Crossings is great! Unit 301 is not as nice of a stay as our previous unit 201. Kitchen did not even have a set of 6 dishes, no knife set, master bedroom would not warm up and stayed cold. Balcony was wonderful, beds were very comfortable and as always Bear Crossings is so convenient to everything and the river sounds perfect

This condo was EVERYTHING we were looking for, and the location is perfect. I've been coming to Pigeon Forge since I was a child and we have stayed so many different places. We had never stayed and Bear Crossing, but I promise we will in the future. Before we arrived for check in the front desk had called to make sure we would be there before they closed to make sure other arrangements didn't need to be made, which was so nice! When we arrived the front desk staff was so nice! Quick check in! As soon as we made our way to the room it smelled like it had just been cleaned which is a big MUST on my list. It's the first thing I look at. Everything looked so nice and clean and you can tell work has been put into this condo. And I want the owners to know it paid off! We loved it! There were only 5 of us but definitely room for more as there was a pull out couch. Location is right behind Walgreens on the parkway. The little river runs behind the condo which you have access to, fishing is allowed from the property. From the balcony looking to the other side of the river is the Leconte center. A sidewalk runs right beside it, and it makes its way all the way down to the Island. If you prefer not drive. The Walgreens in front of the condo also has a built in mini Kroger where we got everything we needed (grocery wise) without having to drive anywhere. The only thing I can recommend to make this place better is a bigger pool. Granted the pool was covered while we were there during spring break, but it seems very small, and maybe an indoor pool. I didn't see one, but could have missed it. I'm aware some places can't do this, but those would be my only recommendations. We will definitely come back here! Thank you for our stay!
