When you walk through the front door of Kear’s Mountain Magic, you enter a large space that encompasses the entire cabin, except the bathroom that’s behind a closed door. Large picture windows look out of natural pine walls onto the deck and beautiful woods beyond. The living room section of the great room features a floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace built of stone. You have a satellite TV with a VCR in case you’d like to watch a movie or favorite TV show. You have a comfy loveseat where you can snuggle up and watch TV, read a book or just enjoy each other’s company.
Of course, if you prefer, you can always watch your Kear’s Mountain Magic TV from your king-size bed. With a blazing fire in the fireplace, a good movie on the TV and the warm comforts of your huge bed, you’ll feel like you’ve truly found your own piece of paradise.
Across the gleaming wooden floor is your heart-shaped Jacuzzi tub. Enjoy a luxurious private soak or make it a soak for two. There’s plenty of room for both of you.
At Kear’s Mountain Magic, you have a kitchen that has everything you need to prepare your favorite recipes. All you add are ingredients you pick up at a local grocery store. You can serve the two of you around the table for two located right beside the kitchen space.
Just off the kitchen is the Kear’s Mountain Magic bathroom with a walk-in shower and vanity with plenty of good lighting. The bathroom also is home to your stacked washer and dryer. After a day of hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, you’ll be glad to be able to toss your clothes in this handy washer.
One of the things you’ll love most about Kear’s Mountain Magic is the covered deck. When you’re not sipping a cool drink or morning cup of coffee from the rocking chairs, perhaps you’ll want to step into the bubbly waters of the hot tub. There’s nothing quite like a warm soak on sore muscles after a day of golfing, hiking or horseback riding. The waters feel so good!
In addition to all the pleasures in and around the Kear’s Mountain Magic cabin, you’ll want to take in as many of the local attractions as well. For instance, be sure to visit Anakeesta in Gatlinburg. This outdoor amusement center has ziplines, a canopy walk and a gondola ride up a 600-foot mountain. There are also shops and museums to check out in Gatlinburg. In addition, you’ll find restaurants, golf, biking, fishing and other sports. In winter, you can even ski.
If you visit in winter, we recommend arriving in a four-wheel-drive vehicle, as roads can be icy and snow-packed in the colder months.

The cabin we stayed was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. We loved the chimney,used it all the time since it snowed the day we arrived. The only thing was there was not a lot of space to put the clothing but since the cabin was for two it was not a big deal. We loved the cabin\'s view of the smoky mountains.

Our review of our repeat stay with kears, it was nice before but this time it was a little dirty. It had a nest of spiders behind bed which we cleaned our self!! Floors needed a touch up and needs a concrete step instead of a concrete block that I lost my balance on and almost fell. the hot tub was nice and clean. OVERALL our anniversary turned out to be what we made of it!! After 15 years you learn to ajust to your surroundings. We were thinking of returning in the fall, but we\'re not sure now.Â

This wonderful cabin has the best view of the Smokey Mountains and is only minutes from downtown and the National Park.You would never know you were that close to downtown,no noise,only a wonderful view of Mt.Leconte.
