The condo and property were very clean. The beds in our condo could use new mattresses. Was not comfortable. Also the outside pool, hot tub and lazy river was nice but the outside pool needed to be cleaned better. Was a lot of stuff floating around in it. Easy to check in and check out when leaving. Would stay here again and will recommend to others.

Nice condo, we had plenty of room and was clean. The only issues I had was the master bath tip drained slow and was very loud. You could hear the upstairs people walk, shower. The entrance was in a curve so was kind of dangerous. Would probably stay again.

We love Whispering Pines it is our absolute favorite place to stay in Pigeon Forge. We always go as a family and it is great that there is a bathroom for each bedroom and that everyone has their own space. Smoky Pines had a lot of personal touches . Our 1 year old grandson loved the storage ottoman full of large building blocks and tons of other toys. We had a full kitchen and made breakfast daily as a family. It was nice for the kids to wake up to the smell of breakfast on vacation. The dishes with bears on them were so cute. I loved the hardwood throughout. I feel it is much cleaner than carpet. They even had a nightlight in the drawer , which I thought was thoughtful. The only negative was that the shower in the master ,although beautiful was extremely slick. I had to put a towel down inside the shower to stand on to keep from falling. The master was beautiful and huge ! When it is time to upgrade the furniture in the living room I would go with leather. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!
