The property is also conveniently located close to a public boat launch ramp, making it easy to enjoy the lake.<br /><br /> 
Designed for spacious living, Kajun Kove features three levels, providing plenty of room for large families or groups to spread out. The main floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room, alongside the primary bedroom with a king-size bed. The den, also located on this floor, offers easy access to the screened-in porch, where you can enjoy early mornings or quiet evenings with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The screened-in porch leads to an open-air deck complete with a gas grill and ample porch furniture, perfect for gathering with family and friends. <br /><br /> 
Upstairs, you'll find the second bedroom, which also includes a king-size bed and private balcony access, as well as an open loft with a queen bed. These two spaces share a full bathroom, making it an ideal layout for families with children or multiple couples. <br /><br /> 
Downstairs in the basement, the fun continues with a game room featuring a pool table, foosball table, and card table. Additional sleeping options are available with a futon and sofa sleeper, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest. Step out onto the basement patio to unwind in the hot tub, or follow the path to the firepit for a memorable night under the stars.
