Black Bear Falls Meeting Facilities Lease Agreement

Within the Black Bear Falls Resort Community you will find a patio area with heated adult and kiddie swimming pools that are available seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day  each year.

Also, a resort style clubhouse and meeting room are available year round for parties up to 50 persons (lease agreement). This facility is perfect for small weddings, receptions, or corporate retreats.

Free Wi-Fi Hotspot -  Make sure that you bring your laptop or other suitable portable device to access the internet while at the Pool / Patio or Clubhouse area using the Free Wi-Fi Hotspot now available to all of our guests.
